Please be advised that some of the products that we currently manufacture, are not NAFTA eligible (due to being made in the USA, from foreign yarn).

However, these products may receive favorable import consideration if they are within the Tariff Preference Level Utilization established by NAFTA.

To view the TPLU to date, you can visit: www. International.gc.ca.

Then follow these links:

Services for Canadian Businesses>Export and Import Controls>Controlled Products>Textiles and Clothing>Textiles.

The TPLU table will show the current Utilization percentage (%). Note that this percentage (%), changes daily, and once the category is filled, import duties may be assessed to you.

We issue an Exporter’s Certificate of Non-Originating Textile Goods with each non-NAFTA Canadian export shipment.

Please feel free to contact us, at any time, if you need any additional information.

Several of our styles are fully NAFTA eligible, and we have issued the appropriate Certificates of Origin, for these.
