1 - Where are the prices listed on this site?
As a wholesale business, we do not show prices. Our prices are based on many factors. These include the item, quantity, and packaging. Some items, like tulle fabric for example, are sold in widths from 1" to 108" in 1" increments. In addition, we offer tulle in lengths from 10 yards to 500 yards, rolled on a tube. We also offer this item: folded on boards, and die cut into circles and sheets. Fill out our Request for Quote form to get a price. 2 - Can I get custom colors. We can do custom colors on most of the items on our web site. Each style has different qualifications for customization. Most need large quantities. We need you to supply us with either a sample of the color, or a PMS (Princeton Matching System) color number. 3 - Can I get custom packaging. We often do custom flanges on our spools and custom packaging on some of our other items. Minimum quantities apply. Call or write, for details. 4 - Who pays shipping and how much is the shipping. All items on our site are shipped F.O.B. our factory. This means you pay the shipping. In most cases, our factory and warehouses are located in the Northeast of the United States. We do have two warehouses on the West coast of the US as well. Most of our products are shipped by truck. Some of our customers have us ship their products, using their own shipping accounts (UPS or FedEx). We can get you an approximate cost of shipping for larger container loads of product. 5 - Can I get credit terms of Net 30 days or Net 60 days to pay for your products. Yes. We can offer these terms for accounts pre-approved by our factors: CIT and/or GMAC. There are minimum order requirements. We also accept Visa or Master Card in payment. 6 - Do you have a catalog? No. Our web site is our catalog. As a Fashion Company, we sometimes, add colors and or styles, relatively quickly, and need to be flexible. Having a web site, allows us to do this. 7 - Are samples available? Yes, sample swatches are available for qualified businesses. Sample yardage is available on most of our fabrics, for a fee. 8 - When will you ship my order? In most cases, your order will ship within 10 "working" days (about two weeks) after it has been placed and credit approved. On some items, the shipments will be sooner. 9 - Why can't my fabric ship out today? We have been in business since 1947. We have established accounts, and have many more orders coming in, than can ship in a single day. As the manufacturer of most of these items, we do not stock every style in every put-up (rolled on tubes, folded on boards, slit into spools of various widths, or die cut). 10 - Can I pay extra and have the fabric shipped out today. No. Contact us for the name of a distributor that stocks our products. 11 - Do you ship World Wide? Yes. We ship our products World Wide. We regularly fill 20 foot containers with our products, and ship to ports around the world. We can also handle smaller shipments as well. 12 - Can I get custom labels on my products. Yes. We can custom bar code our products with Your bar code or item numbers. We can also bar code using EAN numbers for the European market, as well as label the colors in your language, and customize the label to include any information you want or need. |
